Director Claude Barrois based this crime thriller on an actual 1978 barroom massacre. When a criminal (Daniel Duval) offends a gangland don, the don sends a group of thugs to eliminate the troublemaker. The thugs invade the bar and shoot everyone in sight, but their sole target escapes unscratched. Enraged at this attempt on his life, the solitary criminal convinces the leader of the thugs into joining him in fighting the don and his gang.
